Instructions for download:

Mac: hold down the [ctrl] key on the keyboard then click with the mouse on the track you want to download. select save linked file as. navigate to the folder you want to save to and click save

PC: right click with mouse on the track you want to download. select save as target. navigate to the folder you want to save to and click save
